Prices, availability and completion dates shown on this site are indicative and subject to change without notice. Nothing here constitutes an offer to sell, a binding reservation, or financial or investment advice. Any purchase is governed solely by the written sale agreement between you and Sierra USA Homes Ltd.

Enquiries and bookings

Submitting an enquiry or booking a viewing does not reserve a unit and creates no obligation on either side. A unit is reserved only when we say so in writing and any applicable deposit is received.

Your use of the site

• Do not submit anyone else's personal details without their permission.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Do not copy or reuse our images, plans or written content for commercial purposes without written permission.

Estate agents and referral partners

Nothing on this site appoints you as an agent of Sierra USA Homes Ltd. Participation in our partner programme is governed by the programme terms shown to you when you register, which are the terms that apply to you for as long as you remain registered, and by the separate agency agreement where one exists.

Third-party services

The site embeds a booking calendar, a chat widget and a map supplied by third parties. Their availability is outside our control, and their own terms apply to your use of them.

Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information here accurate and the site available, but we do not warrant that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on indicative information, or from any interruption to the site.
